The shakuhachi is the classical Zen flute of Japan, used by centuries of Buddhist monks to deepen their meditation practice. In this session, we will follow our breath and the sound of the ancient melodies on a journey to the realm of the Absolute, guided by Aidan Kandō of the Mujuan or "No-Dwelling-Place Lineage" of shakuhachi honkyoku. Bring cushions, settle in, and let your ego self be washed away.
