Join Dr. SAM as he guides you through fun and empowering Qigong exercise classes. Qigong combines stationary and moving postures; breathing techniques; self-massage, and mental focus (intention) to promote better health and overall well-being. Come ‘raise some health’ with Dr. SAM by getting your Qi flowing, and your health glowing. Dr. SAM has a unique teaching style that is fun and simple to learn. To raise your Qi, it's easy as A-B-C. 

Dr. SAM's exercise classes have been highly attended in years past, and will most likely be so again this year. Whether or not you're a seasoned athlete or just slightly fit, this class will have something valuable to offer you. This class is for all fitness levels, so come join the group.
