Many people spend lots of time exercising, but may often neglect how they're really moving. Learning to move correctly is paramount for not only feeling good, but also performing well and preventing injuries. Your survival may even depend on your ability to move well when needed. 

In his fun Exercise Lab Classes, Dr. SAM will address questions about specific exercises. Tips and strategies for correct posture, breathing, and body mechanics for specific basic movement patterns will be addressed — such as pulling, pushing, squatting, lunging, bending, lifting, balancing and more. You will also learn corrective strategies that are often considered “the missing piece of fitness” that can improve your success.  

There will definitely be some 'golden nuggets' taken from these classes as it pertains to improving your overall health, fitness, and performance in life.  Dr. SAM's exercise classes were highly attended in years past, and will most likely be so again this year. Whether or not you're a seasoned athlete or just slightly fit, this class will have something valuable to offer you. This class is for all fitness levels, so come join the group.
