Build your unique creation on an abundant foundation of crisp greens selection, which can include tender leaf lettuces, succulent spinach, locally grown spring mixes or whole leaf lettuces. Choose from a dazzling array of beautifully prepared tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots, summer squashes, zoodles… and oh so much more! A choice of fresh herbs will also be available, to customize your creation, which may include cilantro, Italian parsley, basil, or chives/scallions.
