About me
After a life changing fall in my home, I was introduced to Bikram yoga and a raw vegan lifestyle. These two healing modalities are simple and effective. The 26 yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises are meant for beginners, which is good because it took me 15 years to get into some of them. My pain being many broken bones, also became my cure.
